Core-to-Core:
Deepening Inner Contact...
Expanding Relational Culture

As humans, we encounter challenges in the relational field.
-
We fear our honesty will be met with anger, disappointment or rejection
-
We forget the larger context of ourselves and others
-
We get entangled in webs of projection and reactivity
-
We see-saw between merging and withdrawal
-
We feel resentment when we fail to express needs or desires
Ultimately, we long for a life that feels more connected
&
aligned with our truth.
To meet what life presents us, and the rapidly changing times that we are in, we need a stable base — deep contact with our own body and being.
We are creating this container to learn how to meet relational challenges, not expecting them to disappear, but rather using them as invitations into deeper self-contact and more intimate connection with others.
We are offering...
A participatory, somatic learning lab devoted to exploring how we show up in relationship with ourselves, each other, and the living world around us. We will offer a relational practice space that supports slowing down, feeling more, and living into a culture that honors sovereignty as essential to connection. Through guided Realization Process attunements, somatic practices, dyad and group exercises, movement, reflection, and shared inquiry, we’ll explore how to maintain self-contact while in relationship with others—even in moments of difference, discomfort, or repair.
Together, we’ll be practicing how to…
Cultivate Inner Resource & Embodied Awareness – Inhabit your body more fully, settle internally, and expand your capacity to stay present with discomfort before, during, and after conflict.
Release Assumptions & Meet Others Freshly – Develop the clarity to notice projections and limiting beliefs in real time, creating more freedom, authenticity, and genuine contact in your relationships.
Honor Sovereignty in Relationship – Practice voicing your wants and needs, sensing your body’s “yes” and “no,” and bringing your whole self into relational spaces without over-caretaking or withdrawing from others
Navigate Conflict & Repair with Integrity – Gain real-time practice in staying open during tension, making clear requests, and engaging in relational repair in ways that deepen intimacy and possibility.
What makes this offering unique?
There are a growing number of spaces devoted to helping people relate in more conscious, fulfilling, and connected ways. This is a beautiful and important movement, especially in a world where many powerful cultural forces encourage fear and division rather than curiosity and cooperation. Foundational to these emerging spaces is supporting the felt-sense of safety. When we feel enough safety in a relational space, we can soften and open, lean into edges, linger in the unknown, and explore new ways of being together.
This offering supports all of that, while placing particular emphasis on something often overlooked: the capacity to remain deeply in contact with ourselves (with the internal space of our body) while in relationship with others.
We recognize that this is no small thing! We carry decades of relational conditioning, and most of us were never taught what sovereignty within connection actually looks and feels like. We may be familiar with what it feels like to merge, over-accommodate, perform or withdraw (all adaptive defenses that deserve compassion), but not how to stay rooted in the depths of our being while open and responsive to another person. Developing this capacity takes practice and is a gradual unfolding. It asks us to slow down, become very subtle in our attunement, and be willing to meet relational discomfort with curiosity.
Specifically, we will draw on the Realization Process, an innovative approach to nondual realization and relational healing. RP practices support us in contacting what we call our subtle core. This is the innermost core of our being, and is experienced as disentangled from the ever-changing content of life. These nondual attunements offer a truly unique way to approach relational space and meet habitual patterns of relating.
At the heart of the Realization Process is the uncovering of what we call fundamental consciousness — an undivided Ground of being that reveals both our individual wholeness and our oneness with all of life. As we uncover this Ground and refine our ability to stay in contact with our core while in the presence of others, new possibilities emerge. When a relational space supports us in deepening inner contact – when we want that for ourselves and for others – relationships become more spacious, honest, and alive.
This is for you if…
-
You sense—perhaps deeply—that far more is possible in your relational life and long for more honest connection.
-
You hear the call to bring your practice ‘from the cushion’ into the living frontier of human relationships.
-
You want to claim and experience your sovereignty while remaining in contact with others
-
You feel resourced enough to meet challenging emotions and stay present in uncomfortable relational spaces.
